Follow our progress and become ready to reduce cost of weld profiling and fatigue strength in wind turbine support structures by up to 80 percent.
Our first two products, the MAX TM401 and the MAX TM Vacuum Evacuation System have both been demonstrated in a relevant environment. We are currently making plans for demonstrating both in an operational environment.
We expect to begin taking orders for the TM401 in the first half of 2024 and in the meantime we offer discounted weld profiling as-a-Service to wind turbine support structure projects located in Denmark.

Research says ‘yes’ to replacing weld grinding with machining
We asked two Danish research and technology organisations (RTO) to analyse and characterise our MAX TM401 weld profiling robot technology and to compare it to manual weld grinding in terms of how it affects the material properties in welds.
MAX is back in the workshop for its next iteration upgrade
Upgrades to both its hydraulics, electronics and chatter suppression unit will further increase the performance of the MAX TM401 weld profiling robot for high rate, lower cost and uniform quality fatigue strength improvement in wind turbine support structures.
Alpha testing of our chatter suppression solution completed. Patent application filed
Our proprietary chatter suppression solution prevents resonance vibration and ensures productivity and quality in weld profiling and fatigue strength improvement across weld geometries.
